課堂“靚”起來(lái)
為切實(shí)推進(jìn)“鹽都未來(lái)工程”,自貢衡川實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校堅(jiān)持“五育”并舉,整合課程資源,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,落實(shí)“學(xué)生每年重點(diǎn)掌握一項(xiàng)藝術(shù)技能”,小學(xué)藝術(shù)“走班教學(xué)”應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。
藝術(shù)“走班教學(xué)”,在保持原有自然班級(jí)正常學(xué)習(xí)和藝術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)總課時(shí)不變的前題下,各體育、音樂(lè)、美術(shù)教師憑借教師自身優(yōu)勢(shì),選擇一門(mén)最拿手的藝術(shù)特長(zhǎng),輪流“走教”到各班,讓學(xué)生“足不出戶(hù)”,便可兼收并蓄,博采眾長(zhǎng)。既最大限度地發(fā)揮每位教師的特長(zhǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì),又實(shí)現(xiàn)了優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源共享。
音樂(lè)課“走班”
音樂(lè)“走班教學(xué)”目標(biāo)在于讓學(xué)生每年掌握一門(mén)樂(lè)器。把器樂(lè)課程與教材內(nèi)容結(jié)合,讓學(xué)生小學(xué)六年,掌握六門(mén)樂(lè)器的基礎(chǔ)演奏方法。

體育“走班教學(xué)”有效結(jié)合學(xué)段要求,提供“專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)教師”走班教學(xué),學(xué)生通過(guò)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)學(xué)習(xí),熟悉、掌握“體育專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)”項(xiàng)目基本特點(diǎn)和技能,為學(xué)生提供有選擇性和差異性的可持續(xù)發(fā)展“體育專(zhuān)項(xiàng)”。
